Oct. 10th 2009

This wedding was a Friend of mines friend. She was great to work with and her wedding turned out beautiful. Not only the decorations, but the yard where they had it and the perfect 60 something degree weather.
She wanted her colors to be brown, green and bits of cream accent. Very classy and elegant colors.

Flowers in the bouquet are: Cream roses, white tulips, green button mums, white listianthus, white hydrangea and verigated pit for the greenery

Flowers for the centerpieces are: white and green hydrangeas with curly will twigs in the center.

vintage Wedding

Vintage weddings are very much in right now, and have been for quite some time. It just takes Utah a while to catch up!
The centerpieces are done with silk red roses. And then I found some vintage lace from my Grandma and wrapped it around the very modern square vase and then topped it off with a little black ric rac. I think that they turned out really great.
And the wristlet is also a silk flower. I added a little pearl head in the middle of the flower to give it a vintage look and voila! easy!
I really love doing silks for weddings. They turn out great and the best part is they never die!

September 25th

Flowers: Yellow calla lilies and red tipped yellow calla's.

*I love calla's bunched together by themselves in a bouquet. It is very striking but simple enough to catch the eye. Calla's are a little bit more expensive than a bunch of roses, but make such a great statement of beauty!

Colors:Yellow, orange and red

The bride wanted her bouquet to stand out from all the rest, and I think that we achieved this. This bouquet just says WEDDING to me, it is classic, elegant and simply beautiful.

July 11th 2009

I have to say that this bouquet was defiantly my favorite on so far! It had so much color and cheer to it. It fit in quite well with the lemons and limes that I sliced and put into the bottoms of the vases. The wedding was outside in a beautiful garden in Payson. I love to come to the weddings and see it all put together and then I add the final touch The Flowers, it is so fulfilling to me!

This arrangement was for the food table, but they did not have it set up yet so my picture did not turn out as planed.

June 30th 2009

I did these Large arrangement's for a bride who needed backdrop flowers for her ceremony in a catholic church so I did the tall one in the middle and then two of the shorter ones on the side. I was not able to deliver them to the actual church so I could not see exactly how they turned out on site, so I just hurried and took some pictures at home.
The bride did not have a large budget on these so I used a lot of greenery and some inexpensive flowers that went with her color scheme.

This Season's New Colors For Weddings

This season's new and hot color pallets are simple and very eye appealing.

1. Fuchsia and Taupe
Here are all the flowers that come in Fuchsia

2.Brown and Green

Be carefull with this color combination, make sure that you either do more green with brown accents or more brown with green accents. If you mix the two evenly it could look to over done. And since you can't find brown flowers, then you will have to go with green.
Green Flowers: include, Roses, Hyperciruim berries, calla's, mums and more.

May 2004

This was my Brother and Beautiful (as you can see) sister-in-laws wedding. I have to say looking back things turned out quite well considering I just had my first baby just 3 weeks before and I was still in shock! It was a lot of fun! Thanks Lisa for believing in me enough to do your flowers!
